netdonor is used to build engaging and secure donation pages, and to process donations using a number of different payment gateways. Additional tools for distributed fundraising and event management are being developed for release in 2010.
By using netdonor in conjunction with e-activist and jamii, your organisation is able to start building a complete profile of each supporter based on all of their activity. This profiling permits greater segmentation and personalisation of messages, which in turn can deliver a better response to fundraising 'asks and participation in online activism.
Some of the key features of netdonor include:
- customise your donation pages to replicate any website template you choose, including unique templates with specific campaign branding, and in any language
- further customise pages by formatting and structuring forms and form fields, add error messages in any language, insert copy blocks and images anywhere in your templates, and embed videos or other multimedia
- re-direct supporters to alternate donation pages if specific form selections are made
- pre-populate basic supporter data in donation pages when they click through from links in emails sent from our email tool, or when they land on a donation page after taking an online action using e-activist

- populate dynamic content on donation pages linked to the profile of the individual supporter when they click through from an email sent from our email tool
- set up a merchant account in one of several gateways including: IATS, RBS Worldpay (Business Gateway), RBS Worldpay (Global Gateway), and RSM 2000
- use our payment gateways to process donations in up to 40 different currencies, including: sterling, euros, and US dollars
process donations using any of 20 different payment methods, including: major credit cards, and UK debit cards
- access complete transaction reporting, including date and time of payment, amount of payment, currency, payment method, and transaction code from the payment gateway
- create a unique sub-domain and then add a secure certificate to our network which will allow you to mask our default page domain
- implement 3D Secure to process payments using MasterCard SecureCode and Verified-By-Visa
