Our email tool includes features to design HTML templates, build targeted recipient lists based on supporter profile data, customise content based on supporter segments, run split-tests, track and monitor email response, and manage bounce data.

Some of the key features include:
- create supporter segments to receive email broadcasts using 'build' and 'filter' tools; supporter segments can be built based on basic contact data like 'city' or other supporter record content, supporter profiles, email history, question response data, donation or campaigning history, date ranges, jamii social networking registrations
- build html templates (templates can be constructed as multi-part html and plain text)
- include personalised content in any template based on each supporter's profile; a single email template can be triggered with conditional content linked to profile data
- schedule email broadcasts for future dates / times
- split test emails (different subject lines, templates, or content) to determine which email achieves the best performance in terms of open rates and click through rates
- load supporter databases into your account from external lists (see: data management)

- pre-populate the landing pages (e-activist or netdonor) with supporter data once they click through your emails
- collect and manage hard and soft bounces; automatically suppress hard bounces
- track open rates, click through rates, and completion rates
- insert 'view in browser' links for your emails (the email is rendered automatically as a web page while tracking data is recorded)
- provide supporters with a link to automatically unsubscribe from your lists and customise the unsubscribe confirmation page
